The FRAM Yacht Shipyard was established in 1979 by Andrzej Krzemieniewski as a private company and up until now belongs to his family. At the beginning it was a one - person - enterprise located in a 65 m² large production room.

     In 1986 an area was bought, where 450 m² large production halls were built. The company employed several workers, qualified for different tasks, necessary for the complex construction of sailing - boats of laminate and steel.

     The 1990s brought the further development of the company - another production hall was built, increasing the production facilities to 1400 m², motor boats were added to the assortment. The implementation of new technologies allowed to raise the quality of the offer. The company began a constant and close cooperation with local and foreign construction offices, that brought prototype FRAM units to existence.

     The number of highly proffesional employees increased successively, as well as their qualifications accompanied by high work discipline. To fulfil its objectives, in 2001 the company bought a 6,5 ha large production plant, situated near the river Warta. This allowed to broaden the offer with river boats and bigger marine yachts.

     During its country and European market activity the company got specialized in the construction of the highest quality custom-made yachts for the most requiring clients
